200km. Entry fee is £25with on-the-day entries at £30. Start and finish is at the Albert Clock, Victoria Street.  Registration, from 07.00-07.45 on the morning of the event. Roll out at 8am sharp.

We’ve tried to take it back to the traditional route as much as possible. Leaving the Albert Clock, at 8am, with a long steady climb up the Antrim road. Leaving suburbs of Belfast to Ballynure. There will be a quick stop at Ballygalley, before heading round the coast to the first climb at Glenarm. Back to the coast and a refreshment stop at Cushendall. “The Glendunn loop” takes on some more climbs and the furthest point before the last stop at Cushendall. Leaving here to the longest climb out of Waterfall, on to Broughshane to the short steep climbs finishing on The Battery. Back to Belfast and a well deserved drop down the Antrim road. 

There will be some refreshments at the start/ Ballygelley, water, & energy bars. The Cusendall stop with have sandwiches, fruit and some sweet treats. 

**Proof of membership of Cycling Ireland is required on the day and for non-CI members a temporary 1 day event licence can be purchased for £5**
